It was 2010. I was certified with two black belts, one in Lean and the other in Six Sigma. One of my instructors was an expert in Team Dynamics and Organizational Behavior. That instructor was Mary Federico.
I worked closely with Mary, https://www.linkedin.com/in/maryfederico/ for over a year on a joint effort to produce a comic book integrating her expertise in Organizational Behavior and my skills as a hobby cartoonist and acquired knowledge in LSS.
The result was a comic book titled, “Another Crazy Idea?” The goal of the comic was to create an engaging tool that frontline employees would value. It needed to supported the Change Management strategy for developing the culture of an organization in adopting a Continuous Improvement Culture.
